NEEL UNDERWATER SERVICES was established on August 15, 1982, handling all sorts of underwater works. We take pride to disclose that our firm was headed by an Indian Naval trained personnel Mr. V.J Antony, who have worked in this field both in India and abroad and now managed by Mr. Gilbert V. Antony who is working in this field from 1998.
